1. Directors’ Report & Accounts for Year Ending 30 September 2008
The meeting accepted the Directors’ Report & Accounts.
2. Subscriptions
Members approved the Management Committee’s proposal that subscriptions for the year ending 31 May 2009 kept at the same rate as the current year, as follows:
Band £
1 20 or more consultants 1,880
2 10 – 19 consultants 1,254
3 5 – 9 consultants 750
4 1 – 4 consultants 105 per consultant
The Chair said that the Management Committee hoped to be in a financial position to defer collecting subscriptions until 1 October 2009 in order to bring the subscription year into line with the financial year, but reserved the right to call for payments earlier and/or to call an extra subscription for a specific reason if that proved necessary.

Closing Remarks
Robbie MacDuff thanked Gill Morris for her support as Deputy Chair in the past year, as well as all the other members of the management committee, who had worked hard for APPC as a good team. He also thanked all members for their support and had particularly enjoyed his meetings with member firms and he and other members of the Management Committee would be continuing this programme. He hoped he would enjoy members’ continuing support in what would undoubtedly be a challenging year ahead.
